With your permission, our staff collects all the pertinent workers' compensation insurance documents needed for our analysis.  Then our auditors do an extensive review to locate the errors that resulted in overcharges.  All findings are presented to you first, before we initiate the recovery process.  Only after the recovery is complete and you have received your check (or credit), is our fee earned.  90% of the time we recover money for our clients.

Very little is required of you!  After signing our contract we only need a letter of authority so we can get started collecting the data needed to do our review (We even prepare those letters for you).  When we do a site visit, it is at your convenience and takes little of your time.  Simply point us in the direction of your payroll records, we do the rest.

Since our process has been so successful, we are able to operate on a contingency fee basis.  If we do recover money for you then we receive our fee.  If we do not recover money for you, the only bill you will receive is a "Clean Bill of Health" - for free!
